Dalia Gorman leads a great Ashtanga yoga class at 7 a.m. Tue and Thursdays. I've been going for about 5 yrs. and am so glad to have found her. I am more flexible, stronger, have better balance. Dalia does want you to work, but she sincerely wants you to be strong which doesn't happen without some effort, as you know. I'm over 65 so can recommend it for all ages. You can modify positions that are too hard or uncomfortable, I certainly do.
This class is one of the best resources in town, you should take advantage of it. The early morning time is good because afterward you feel good and you have the whole day ahead of you.
